Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

It is used by all departments. It eliminates the need for paper forms, streamlines employee requests for time off, and managers can see at a glance who's clocked in for their shift and whether or not their overtime hours are overly high.
  • Integration with time clocks, streamlines processes.
  • Employee self-service is great, and employees can change addresses, emergency contacts, taxes, banking information, etc.
  • Overall, I cannot think of anything I would change in WFN other than in the hiring process when you are hiring someone with the same name as a current employee (which seems to happen quite often) the system will continually give you a message that the person is already in WFN. After several attempts it will let you bypass the message, we find that extremely annoying!
  • We receive more applicants using the ATS, which enables us to fill jobs quicker.
Our organization has been steadily growing and WFN has met all of our demands.
I think any business would benefit from the use of WFN, cannot think of a scenario when it wouldn't be appropriate.
