Overall Satisfaction with ADP Workforce Now

Our company uses ADP across the whole organization. We use it to track all payroll, time & attendance, PTO balances and various other items related. I have no issues with the ADP Workforce Now program. It provides me with everything I need to do my job to the best of my ability and to provide the best service to our employees.
  • Timecard tracking.
  • Tracks attendance occurrences.
  • Being able to go back further in the attendance editor page.
  • Employees having access to 'all' pay stubs and/or w2's no matter how far back needed.
  • Made efficiency much better for users and employees.
When I had my in-person training, it was very informative and the trainer did not rush anything. Questions were accepted at any time during the training as well to ensure everyone understood.
I love the program and have no issues with it!
