AdvocateHub is used by Ceridian to engage our customers in a fun way. We're always looking to share good things that are happening and AdvocateHub allows our customers to voice their positive experiences in a natural way. I personally use AdvocateHub to manage references. Our sales team have prospects who are making a significant investment and would like to speak with happy customers. We use the AdvocateHub to communicate to our customer base these opportunities to connect with fellow Payroll/HR professionals. Without AdvocateHub, there would be much more manual tracking of who did what and what we could do for them in return.

Both have their pros and cons. I would say Boulder Logic is more centered around SFDC whereas Advocate Hub pulls data from SFDC but it's much more customer facing.
