We use AlphaSense to keep track of competition and peer companies. It's a core resource to support our competitive intelligence activities. Also, it helps us stay on top of industry trends that can inform our corporate strategy and also research our customer strategy and needs.

AlphaSense is very intuitive and easy to use when it comes to searches and research. Although, it could be more user-friendly when it comes to extracting snippets from premium content, e.g. taking out a single page from a PDF file.
AlphaSense has opened up access to so many high-quality banker research files that it's like having an army of equity and market research analysts working for you.

AlphaSense is the best knowledge resource in terms of research reports. It gives more than enough bang for the buck. One area of improvement could be the ease with which we can extract pages from premium content.
