Overall Satisfaction with ApptioOne

We use ApptioOne as our primary source for costing out applications, projects, and services. It allows us to much more accurately determine the services driving our costs, using the ATUM model. It also provides us with the unit costing ability that supports business cases and strategic decision making. ApptioOne is what we use to charge costs back to the consuming businesses, providing transparency into the value or profitability of different business lines.

We ingest data from ServiceNow, manually maintained Excel files, and data files sent from technology.

The Apptio team has been incredibly helpful and proactive in identifying areas for improvement within our model and reporting.

ApptioOne provides a level of transparency that our finance, IT, and business partners have always wanted but never would've had otherwise. It promotes great collaboration and decision-making across the different groups.
