Overall Satisfaction with Apricot by Social Solutions

Apricot is being utilized by the whole organization as a client/service database. It assists us with the ability to track services across departments for individuals and their families.
  • Can be effectively utilized by various departments.
  • Can be tailored to provide accurate reports for specific departmental needs.
  • In the reports section, the ability to query would be useful. I understand that there is an option for this but it costs $20,000 - a price that is not at all affordable.
  • Positive is that clients utilizing several departments' services are easily tracked.
  • Negative - employee time is impacted due to the amount required to effectively train.
I have no idea.

Apricot is useful for organizations who would like to track information, though the same information can be easily gathered through the use of Excel worksheets - and formulas in Excel are easily available and trainable through YouTube.
