Overall Satisfaction with Arena

Currently, Arena is being used in our Mechanical Engineering department while our Customer Support side uses NetSuite. We are learning every day more uses for Arena, but I do wish there were more training for me as an admin.
  • Where used tool - this was such a major enhancement to what I was having to go through before
  • I really wish that I could make a routing for suppliers on our ECOs. We currently use a CM to make our product as we are the Engineering side of it. Therefore, 95% of our ECOs go to the CM and I have to add each person to every one and it is very time consuming.
  • Many times that I email support, I am given answers that do not help me. They only seem to know the basics of how I can do something and not willing to dig down.
  • We have not performed any official ROI on Arena. But just from personal experience, it has cut my ECO time in at least half and has made it so I can actually find items, whereas I was not able to pre Arena.
  • Price
Arena was solely purchased because it integrates with NetSuite.
Mike Sullivan was our contact and "implementation team" and he was (and still is) such a great help to me.
We only compared AutoDesk and Arena as they were the only 2 that I found that would integrate with NetSuite.
Arena has been extremely beneficial to me as previously I was maintaining BOMs on Excel spreadsheets.
