Overall Satisfaction with Arena
We are currently using Arena PLM at Prysm to manage all of our Bills Of Materials. We currently have about 60 users and they are all heavy users. I use Arena on a daily basis to manage and change orders, for implementation, Dev, SBR MCO etc.
- Arena is a very user friendly system. They also provided online video training for users and outside vendors as well.
- It help to manage change orders very quick and easy.
- Very easy to learn.
- Arena constantly tries to improve their features from customers such as myself. For an example, in the past I have to add vendor as a source to every single item, but I no longer have to do that, I only have to add at the parents levels and share the rest of the child items.
- It makes my daily job and all my Engineering jobs so much easier, everyone can be able to log in and do their work.
- Price
Arena is always willing to work with me on the pricing and that's something I love about them. I've been using it for the past 15 years from current and past employers, and I would strongly recommend for any startup to go with Arena.
With the help of Arena support and their expertise I did it with in two weeks. We meet almost everyday with information's on how we want to incorporate into our business model and Arena, Arena team are very helpful and work with us very closely to meet our deadline.
It's easy to learn and use, someone can be able to learn the basic using Arena with in a few hours. I've used Oracle in the past and had a very hard time to learn even the basics.
