Overall Satisfaction with Arena
Arena is being used as the main PLM. Where we kept all of the history and documentation of our products, we use these products across departments, from Marketing to Engineering to Manufacturing. The only obstacle that I have trouble with is Arena does not have many flexibilities for admin. Admin should have more power to edit the change, such as add more items, documents during the transitions.

The pricing is reasonable for a small company like us. The usage is also simple enough for other workers to use.
The whole system is speedy. They have excellent customer service who answer all of my questions in a fast manner. I am pleased with Arena.
