Overall Satisfaction with Arena Virtual and Hybrid Events

I've used Arena to hold a small client event. I was looking for an affordable virtual event platform that would allow me to host an interactive discussion and Arena worked perfectly for my needs. One of the main reasons I chose it was that it only charges you for the attendees who actually show up on the day, which means I didn't have to worry about paying for anything I didn't use.

From my experience, Arena works well for client events like entertainment, panel discussions, motivational talks, etc. with a drink and chat afterward. However, I can also imagine it working well for larger events like conferences as it was really easy to add additional rooms and stages. Attendees can easily navigate to the sessions they want to attend from the event's central lobby.
