Overall Satisfaction with Articulate 360

We are a development company and use Articulate 360 to develop learning content for a wide variety of clients. We use both Rise and Storyline to meet our client's needs, and during Covid we have been able to produce content very quickly to meet their ever-changing needs.

Articulate 360 is a much more intuitive program when compared to Adobe Captivate. Also, there are more development options in 360 over captivate.

Storyline, when compared directly with Captivate, is much easier to use and the overall experience is more cohesive.
The product has been designed from the ground up with ease of use in mind. Rise is templated and very easy to use, Storyline relies more on wizards than in the past and Review is a dream to work with.
Support is Articulate's golden egg, no other company comes close to the support offered by Articulate and their commuity.

Rise is a fast authoring environment that does not skimp on the overall look and feel. There are micro interactions and it looks simply gorgeous.

Yes - Their bug team are second to none they will contact you with a workaround and continue to keep you updated on progress.
I had a problem with a client's project, I reported a bug and Articulate provided me with a beta version that fixed the problem so we were able to deliver on time.
