Our entire organization uses Asana to manage our day to day issues as well as long term projects to keep each other up-to-date on the tasks at hand. From customer service, marketing, content listings, to warehouse and accounting; each department relies on this software to stay in touch with one another.
Pros
- Emails updates to each user within a project or task.
- Allows for private as well and company tasks and sends alerts when they are due.
- Never forget anything again by easy visibility as to the stuatus of projects and tasks.
Cons
- Being able to specify what you want emailed exactly would be better rather than all emails or no emails.
- Our customer service team has been able to get more timely responses on issues.
- Our accounting department is better able to interact with the purchasing and warehouse departments and resolve shortages and overages faster.
