Overall Satisfaction with Asana

We use Asana in our team (digital analytics) to manage all inbound requests, priorities, projects and in general the workload across all stakeholders and team members. We receive a lot of requests on a daily basis, and the tool is useful to keep track and prioritize for different stakeholders, while keeping communications and attachments in a single, accessible, place.
  • Team communication
  • Attachment management
  • Task prioritization
  • Quick and easy web interface
  • Missing native pc/mac application with offline support
  • Missing document versioning (every new version of the same file will appear as a new attachment)
  • Hard to keep track of status of tasks when not assigned to you
  • Increased team efficiency
  • Better overview of priorities for different stakeholders
  • Better and faster communication and resource management in the team
  • Trello,Omnifocus,Visio,Producteev,Wunderlist,Remember The Milk,Any.do
Asana is very good for organized teams with structured workflow. It is less ideal for scrappy or unstructured task management.
