Overall Satisfaction with Ascentis HR

Customer service at Ascentis is a 10. They are responsive and reliable and always get you a solution. The only reason for the rating of 8 is they have set customer service hours on Monday - Friday and for our business, which is 7 days a week, 20 hours a day we sometimes don't get the support to solve an issue after hours or on the weekend.
Ascentis HR (as well as Ascentis payroll, self service, talent management) is being used across the whole organization. We use it to as personnel files, requesting time off, processing payroll, attaching documents, and helping us go paperless. Our restaurants are scattered throughout two states and no matter where we are we all have access to the same information on our employees.
  • Customized tabs to track any data that is applicable to your company and be able to create reports from this data.
  • Easily creating any necessary HR report without having to coordinate with IT or a programmer to get them done.
  • Being able to have everyone in the company be able to access the necessary HR and payroll data no matter where they are. The home page has become our communication tool for everything.
  • We are a 7 days, 20 hours a day business and Ascentis could improve by providing companies like mine more support on the weekends.
  • Our company spends very little time handling paper, mailing costs have gone to almost nothing and the time by staff spent scanning has been significantly reduced by implementing a web-based system.
  • Having multiple remote locations, Ascentis HR has put the entire company on the same page with access to job postings, personnel files, disciplinary files, time off requests, benefits enrollment and created an efficient environment to easily perform all tasks.
  • The Home Page of Ascentis has become the HR communication tool for the entire company where all policies, newsletters, forms, announcements, Facebook and Twitter postings, etc. can be seen by all.
Ascentis HR is managed by HR independently from IT, programmers or any needed outside support.
ACA Reporting has been great. When ACA first became law we were all trying to figure out the regulations and our responsibilities. During the first year I was working on Christmas Eve to hit my deadlines and I had a question. The Co-founder of the company responded to my question on Christmas Eve and I was able to meet my deadline!
Ascentis HR is web-based so it can be accessed from anywhere on a computer, tablet or phone. Ascentis HR has completely changed how we approach HR, personnel files, and training into a 24/7 access to relevant data world.
