Overall Satisfaction with Avaya Aura
We use Avaya products throughout the state agencies. We recently upgraded to CM10.2 and our voicemail system. After a long while of onboarding with Avaya managed services and working through issues. We have noticed an uptick in the number of alarms our gateways are experiencing. Mostly fan outages, but there have been other issues.
- Ease of use for the voicemail.
- Quick responses during alarms.
- Onboarding after a migration could be smoother. There were issues that could have been handled that were identified while trying to onboard.
- Ability to implement across a wide variety of agencies.
- Mostly positive. I am still newer, and they have been using it for a long time.
Avaya seems to be at more of the companies I have worked at.
