Overall Satisfaction with Avaya Call Center Elite

I assist State Agencies in setting up Call Centers, reports, and best practices. The product allows the real-time state of agents and how calls are processed.
  • Real-Time of Calls.
  • Historical Data based on skill level.
  • Agent performance logging in and out.
  • Some of our calls get lost or stuck for inbound calling.
  • Build upon CMS.
  • Go back to in-person training for administrators.
  • More people were hired.
  • Customer Service increased.
  • More money for agency.
Call Center Elite was more customer friendly. That could be the case because I am more familiar.
