Overall Satisfaction with Avero Slingshot
We use Avero to track our daily, weekly, monthly & yearly sales. We also use the server tool to keep track of server check averages and tip%. We set up the system to send us daily reports to help save time with logging into the system. The daily logbook is a great tool to communicate with managers and back office staff.

- Being able to calculate overtime instead of relying on the POS system
- It saves us time running reports. We don't have to be at the physical location
- If you have problems with your back office server, they charge $200 to reinstall
It was the only solution we had for our POS system that seemed reasonable. We liked that we could use it for multiple stores and didn't have to have the same POS for each
