Overall Satisfaction with Bigin by Zoho CRM

This is essentially an extension to the larger base CRM that Zoho has. Its great for small business owners and mom and pop shops who look into getting more of a relationship based business approach as to grow by creating trust as small businesses. The tool gives you a hint of what the whole CRM entitles.

A solid 8 from my perspective, a tool all small businesses should try out before venturing into the world of larger CRM solutions as this gives you the best entry point into the CRM solution world with ideas about all the modules that are required the most. It can be made a bit more intermediate user friendly by adding a bit more mass approach style features.
I have needed much support as the solution itself is intuitive and doesnt require much apart from some API integrations.
Bigin by Zoho CRM is well suited for small businesses of any kind because its more in the niche of personalised approaches to clients and follow ups accordingly so that the relational prospect development and sales occure. It gives you a flavor of the mass CRM that Zoho has as well. The entry path to your CRM journey.
