Overall Satisfaction with Bigin by Zoho CRM

This is the best CRM software available for small-scale companies. It can be used with inbuilt forms to automatically create leads and pipelines. Additional features like custom fields, custom domains, products, email templates, etc. are a very big asset to the CRM software. We have been using this to capture and process leads with very good integrations with WhatsApp, Zoho Mail.

  • Integration with Whatsapp, Mail
  • Maybe allow to not use the default Sales Pipeline
  • Allowed me to capture leads
  • Schedule meetings, tasks for leads or pipelines
