1 - Birdeye is mostly automated, so it doesn't require lots of people using it. We haven't yet begun the in-store surveying on it, but that's next. We will set up kiosks, as well as equip our sales team with tablets they can use to gather reviews. I prefer to manage the app so I can also be in tune with problems in the business, wherever they arise.
