Overall Satisfaction with Blackbaud eTapestry
I use eTapestry on a daily basis as our central donor management program. It has all the modules we need and suits the size of our small organization. The customization elements and ability to integrate giving pages in our outside website are valuable tools. Would not be able to continue to run our small non-profit with a high level of professionalism without eTap.

Blackbaud is known as the industry standard for donor management software. in speaking with my colleagues in other organizations it appears that is the case for a good reason. I have far fewer stumbling blocks with eTapestry than others do with similar systems. It is far superior - many more functions - than our previous database which was a custom Microsoft Access database.
