Overall Satisfaction with Bloomerang
Our department (Development) uses Bloomerang as our only donor database. We use it to record gifts, touch points, and donor progress - along with using it to generate reports and donor communication. It allows us to keep abreast of most all donor relations and gifting processes.
- Donor records - excellent gift and donor detail management.
- Donor communications - superb generator of letters and communication processes.
- Crating and generating reports - very robust in the customization of reports. We love it!
- No needed improvements are nagging at us right now.
