Overall Satisfaction with BlueJeans
We use BlueJeans company wide and it is fully integrated in all of our meeting rooms. We implemented it to consolidate multiple products and to also increase flexibility and remove restrictions on the number of meetings that can be held.
- Ease of use: the user experience is very good and even the most challenged user can use it without support.
- Scalability: we can now host company wide meetings with BlueJeans without worrying where a user is located, what device, and the number of attendees
- Collaboration: the wide scale use of video conferencing vs. our old dial in conference solution has revolutionised collaboration
- Some of the room integrations require slightly more management than we would like, however this is still far less than the legacy solution it replaced.
- End user client is very CPU hungry
- They sometimes make changes that impact customers without assessing the impact. For example, if using SSO the use is hampered for non-domain joined users
- Meeting productivity has improved greatly, participation of attendees is easily monitored.
- Travel costs have been reduced as the business became more comfortable with full video collaboration.
