Sales, engineering and support use BlueJeans. Sales uses the platform the most.
BlueJeans enables our teams to communicate internally via video and allows us to easily communicate with customers around the world. The platform also allows internal and customer users with Linux OSes to use the platform, which was a big deal.

- Easy platform.
- Supports Linux OSes.
- Audio quality is great.
- Reviewing every call gets old.
- Being able to restore the quality of sound in the conference call is needed.
- More ease of use overall on the platform would be great.
- Money saved on travel is been great!
- More face-to-face important conversations.
- Definitely shorter sales cycles.
SchedMD used WebEx, but the technology was getting ancient and clunky. BlueJeans is more modern and easy to use. Customers complain less about using BlueJeans, which is always a positive :) SchedMD has not used over technology outside of WebEx and BlueJeans. Microsoft Meeting is an awesome platform that I might evaluate soon
