Overall Satisfaction with BlueJeans

Sales, engineering and support use BlueJeans. Sales uses the platform the most.
BlueJeans enables our teams to communicate internally via video and allows us to easily communicate with customers around the world. The platform also allows internal and customer users with Linux OSes to use the platform, which was a big deal.

  • Supports Linux OSes.
  • Audio quality is great.
  • Reviewing every call gets old.
  • Being able to restore the quality of sound in the conference call is needed.
  • More ease of use overall on the platform would be great.
  • Money saved on travel is been great!
  • More face-to-face important conversations.
  • Definitely shorter sales cycles.
SchedMD used WebEx, but the technology was getting ancient and clunky. BlueJeans is more modern and easy to use. Customers complain less about using BlueJeans, which is always a positive :) SchedMD has not used over technology outside of WebEx and BlueJeans. Microsoft Meeting is an awesome platform that I might evaluate soon
BlueJeans is pretty easy to use and user-friendly to customers using the platform. I did switch from using the .exe to the web interface because the web interface was more reliable and easier to use. I still feel like BlueJeans is clunky and could improve on the user experience and ease in getting into meetings.
BlueJeans does well for Linux OS users, so more diverse users can join the meeting room.
Being more user-friendly/easier to understand how to use would be great. Some customers get quite confused in knowing how to get into the meeting
The audio quality is great, so you can clearly hear people.
When audio is unclear because of internet quality, it would be great to have BlueJeans restore the quality
