Overall Satisfaction with BlueJeans
It is being used by across whole organization including overseas offices. Mainly higher management (C level) uses BlueJeans heavily. It addresses the transport cost, remote working problems.
- Quality.
- User friendly.
- Great support.
- Visibility via command center.
- Bandwidth utilization is high when compared to other tools such as MS Teams, Zoom. This is the main challenge we face.
- Reporting and administration is bit difficult. As an example, as company admin, I cannot delete user IDs which are not up to the standard. This wastes time.
- BlueJeans is bit late to implement some features which are already with other products. As examples, raise hand feature, custom background, etc.
- It really helped during pandemic period.
- It helps to reduce the travel cost and time. It saves a lot of money.
- It helps the business run smoothly in critical situations where we cannot meet physically.
Because BlueJeans is not device dependent. We can use existing legacy VCon devices with BlueJeans.
