Overall Satisfaction with BlueJeans Meetings
The BlueJeans app is being used to conduct virtual meetings. It was especially helpful during COVID-19 when we had to work remotely. I was a new employee and I used BlueJeans to learn my new job. It is being used across the whole organization. To discuss issues, deadlines, projects, initiatives, etc. and conduct remote training.

- Easy interface.
- Frequent disconnects.
- Not always intuitive.
- Back screen with no options to click on anything.
- Remote training during COVID crisis.
- Quick scheduling.
- Minimal training needed to use it proficiently.
