Overall Satisfaction with BlueJeans Meetings
BlueJeans is used in my organization as the primary platform for meetings and presentations. It is used across the whole organization and is used for all types of meetings like 1:1 meetings, group meetings, exec level meetings, presentations, town halls, etc. It is a great platform and works smoothly and is especially critical in these times of virtual meetings.
- I love the UI of BlueJeans. It is very user-intuitive and modern.
- It is full of features. I especially love the video recording feature in which we receive an email with the video recording after the session ends.
- It integrates seamlessly with Gmail and I can set BlueJeans meeting with one click only.
- It does not show the list of users who have already joined. This is an important feature I feel.
- Sharing the link with other is not very straightforward
- It can have more features like live translation for users who don't understand the language
- It has lead to more productive meetings since there are very few technical issues
- It provides flexibility by enabling recording meetings for users to see later
- It has led to people knowing more employees in the company even though virtually
My experience with BlueJeans has been exceptional. I'm able to add a BlueJeans link to my meeting invite in Gmail using a single click. The UI of the platform is user-intuitive, fresh, and modern and has all the features one could ask for. I am able to record my meeting for my colleagues to see later.
I've never faced any audio issue with BlueJeans personally. I do know of instances when people's voices started sounding like a robot but that might be due to their poor internet connection. I've also never faced echo problems with BlueJeans like I've done with other platforms no matter what hearing device I'm using.
