Overall Satisfaction with Bonterra Guided Fundraising
I am a new customer to the system from Network For Good, but I believe the transition to me being comfortable went very smoothly.
I want to be able to send emails to lapse donors without the system making me go to private email.

- I can talk to my current donors monthly, or weekly. The software makes it possible.
- I can upload pictures that tell the stories
- I can ask techs questions and they reponse
- I would like to send emails to lapse donors, and the present system slows me down
- I can see a donor support return at a 100% well-worth-it
- It also allowed me to operate peer to peer better it allowed me to do 3 or 4 campaigns at a time
I like it better than other systems because it lets me talk to donors more directly.
