It's pretty easy to use but it's also easy to make mistakes, reports are robust but not always easy to navigate
They've always been responsive and available for help, responses are quick and have always reached a good conclusion
it's well suited for project management and contract tracking, time entry, and monitoring. the system is best suited when paired with an HRIS for vacation tracking and personnel management
