BQE Core

Overall Satisfaction with BQE CORE

We use it daily, mainly for time tracking. It works very well for tracking time, allowing us to apply it to certain phases of projects. I am enjoying learning all that Core can offer. I do wish it wasn't so complex, it is very detailed, which is good, but making it more user friendly would be nice.

We selected BQE Core mainly for time tracking and how easy it tracks all time and expenses to add to invoices.
We currently still use QBooks as well, and because it is a desktop version, it does not sync with Core...I wish it did. BQE Core is not as user friendly as QBooks.

As what this software was designed to do, it works just as it is supposed to do. There are still so many things that I have still yet to stumble across with BQE but I am eager to learn them and I have no problem facing them head on. BQE works great for what we need it to do.
They could do better about getting back to me more timely. Sometimes it takes days to get a response back.
It is fantastic for time tracking and the reports are great and detailed. I appreciate the way the reporting functions are and how detailed it can be.

Yes, we did purchase support. I usually have great success with Core Support, but one in particular I hope I never have to deal with again. He made me feel stupid, was overly aggravated that he had to help me, I even told him I appreciated his help and then he scolded me.
Daniel - He is always helpful, he doesn't make you feel like an idiot, and he is pretty knowledgable with the software. I hope he is the one I deal with all the time.
