Overall Satisfaction with Brevo

Since my client, a non-profit organization with registered charitable status in both Canada and the US, is new to Brevo, we are currently using it as a mass email marketing platform only at this time. The organization switched from Constant Contact to Brevo a few months ago, given the latter's pricing became too high for what the organization was using CC for.

Google Drive, Microsoft Office 2016 (discontinued), QuickBooks Desktop Pro
Customer support was knowledgeable, and response times were quick. Their knowledge base articles are quite detailed and accurately describe processes for implementing resolutions to issues. The customer user interface is easy to use and intuitive. All in all, my client is very pleased with the functionality that Brevo offers and also appreciates the fact that, as a non-profit, it is effectively gaining access to the same functionality it was using with Constant Contact, but for around a third of the price.
