Overall Satisfaction with Brevo

In taringa! we start using Brevo for marketing campaigns, and all the email structure. Currently we have automations, transactionals and ou moderation system integrated in one email platform. Brevo also help us with our support channels, we have integrated in the same place email and WhatsApp conversations. This help us managing much better the experience for our clientes, and we love that we have metrics so we can analyze our growth and must common topics.

Best suited for all the email necessities, but it can be improved the dashboard for all the metrics. It would be awesome to have a builder dashboard. The landing page is not very well develop, it it not so friendly although it is a builder, but it is a good experience how easy and quick you can have a landing published. Another well suited scenario is the integration they made will all the conversations channels, although I had lots of problems doing it, it took us more less 2 month to have the integration, and a girl of our team was the one that solve it, not Brevo.
