Overall Satisfaction with Brevo

We are a boutique hotel and have just started to use Brevo. We are hoping that having a communication app that can keep all guest correspondence, no matter the source (email/whatsapp/ fb messenger/instagram dm) will help us deliver a better guest experience in a way that is efficient.

To date, the support has been helpful whilst setting it up. It does seem to have a lot of features just need the time to explore, develop and create.
  • simple templates and process
  • email support is quite good, but i would prefer to just pay and have a zoom to get over the line quicker
  • easy to link up fb, instagram etc... had no issues with integration
  • i think it has alot of features so i feel like i am not using it as much as it should as i dont know what I CAN DO with it
  • i wish there was like case studies for different industries so we can see how its applications - happy to be a sample if needed :)
  • i would go to a paid subscription if i was confident about what it can do for me but i am trailing it against other options to see what is good for me
  • i dont know yet as i am just testing it out
i am trialing both

i love the ghl support .. that zoom support is just amazing

i dont know as i have not been able to test all the features out

but i like that all the correspondence is linked

and you were recommended by someone i trust
