Overall Satisfaction with Brevo

As a corporate communications tool, Brevo makes a great partner ... we are able to stay in touch with our served community, easily and expeditiously. The dashboard makes management simple, and the customer support provided us with a real live (not a.i.) person to help sort our issues. Finally, the cost of the service is reasonable.

  • Robust infrastructure
  • Perhaps a flow chart of the process?
  • FAQ on what works, what doesn't?
  • Our outreach is critical, so Brevo is important as a means to accomplish that
  • Being able to manage lists, schedule messages, and report on results is vital
Mailchimp is the industry standard - but is a bit overburdened with features. We chose Brevo because it "does what is on the tin," just what we need.
