Overall Satisfaction with Bronto Marketing Platform
We use Bronto to send out weekly newsletters from the volunteer department to our organization's volunteers. Our marketing team uses Bronto as well for weekly newsletters to customers.
- Great form of communication for our volunteers
- Easy to use
- Limited design capabilites
- Not intuitive, missing modern functionality other email platforms offer
- Too many steps to import lists, contacts, etc
- We have maintained similar open rates since using Bronto, but appreciate the platform.

MailChimp is more user-friendly and has more applicable layout templates, but Bronto's list management is more effective
