Overall Satisfaction with Bronto Marketing Platform
Bronto is currently being used to send newsletters, lead drip campaigns, and trade show lead emails. Only the marketing department uses it currently. It helps us keep our partners informed and helps us educate potential leads until they have a chance to be contacted by a rep.
- Netsuite integration: it helps lead and customer contact info integrate smoothly for email campaigns
- Detailed analytics
- Email automation
- Email design feature is clunky and could be more robust
- Some less popular email addresses (custom addresses) seem to not be accepted
- Increased availability of analytics (the reporting is very detailed)
- Increased engagement (our open rate hovers around 60% or more)
- The platform is quite expensive so the ROI will be something our team will be evaluating, especially since we don't use it for product selling
