Overall Satisfaction with BrowserStack

We used BrowserStack for testing our app on various desktop and native platforms. This software has enabled our small team to verify functionality and user experience on devices we don't have on hand. We used it for troubleshooting issues that were device-specific and for this it was invaluable.

  • Testing on real devices was sometimes a bit slow
  • A wide selection or real devices for accurate testing
  • Improved testing results
BrowserStack solved a really hard problem for us that would have cost a lot of cash and more human resources to manage. It made more sense to leverage their large catalog of devices for testing than to build out an entire device library of our own.
It has allowed our QA team to more accurately identify bugs and issues to specific devices which has saved our development team time. They already have more than they can handle. Anything we could to offload tasks from them has made them more effective.
