Overall Satisfaction with Ceridian Dayforce

Our entire organization is using Dayforce, from payroll to frontline employees using the mobile app to managers approving time.
  • Processing payroll with Dayforce is very easy.
  • I like the fact that in timesheets you can see how an employee will be paid just with a simple click.
  • The system itself is very slow. There are days that I sit and wait for screens to load for 5 or 10 minutes.
  • Right now we have not seen much of a change.
We are still working with some of our managers for compliance, but I like the way we can set it up in Ceridian to pretty much feed to anyone we want for approvals.
I don't do hiring. The scheduling piece we are not using to its full capacity. We are still working on that area.
It is nice not having to key in the new hires, pay rate changes and terminations. It just all flows through the system.
It is a very flexible system and works well if you have it setup correctly.
