Overall Satisfaction with Ceridian Dayforce

It is being used across our whole organization. Addresses timekeeping and reporting problems.
  • Reporting is a strength
  • Employee Self-Service site is excellent
  • Timesheets - we are still working on getting the configuration correct from implementation
  • Duty Day taxation - difficult to handle with lived-in, worked-in taxation setup
  • Taxation of GTL needs to allow all taxes to be withheld
  • The cost of the system is more than double what our old system was. We are not yet seeing the benefits as we are still struggling to get the system set up the way it should have been during implementation.
We are trying to get the timesheets to automatically adhere to our Union rules. Still working on it.
Allows us to only have to enter new hires in one system, which cuts down on data entry.
One system allows for less data entry and less data uploads. Everything is in sync. Cuts down on errors.
Well suited for simple payroll. Difficult to manipulate for a more complex payroll.
