Overall Satisfaction with Ceridian Dayforce

Ceridian Dayforce is being used across the whole organization. We instituted it last year and now everyone is using it. It addresses the problems of having a centralized internal portal for payroll and benefits. We have been needing something for performance evaluation, and through Dayforce we will have that ability.

Ceridian Dayforce enables compliance through automated compliance with labor union rules. We have a union at the company, and thanks to Ceridian Dayforce, compliance has become an automated process that was much more difficult in the past. This has made the relationship between employer and union smoother. Ceridian Dayforce also enables compliance with healthcare eligibility.
The single application providing the one user experience has had a tremendous impact on the ability to make decisions about hiring and compensation. It has not had an impact on scheduling, as that's done separately. But the impact on hiring and compensation has been very significant and very positive. It has definitely helped.
I think it's a very useful tool that's well suited to most companies out there. I think a smaller company would not be suited for it, but a mid to the large-sized company would benefit greatly from having Dayforce. For companies that already have a solid system for benefits and payroll, it would be less appropriate.
