Overall Satisfaction with Ceridian Dayforce

We use Dayforce for Onboarding, Timekeeping, and Payroll Processing. Being able to have one program manage all these and more has been amazing. I love the education center and all the in-person trainings that they offer, in addition to having the Ceridian support team available for any issues that may arise.

Being able to set up individual pay policies across several states has been a life saver. Tracking CA overtime has never been easier.
We have several locations near one another since Dayforce tracks the employees from location to location and alerts us that the employee has worked for us in the past, so we are able to quickly check the work history and decide if that employee is eligible for rehire. Previously we would have no way of knowing if the employee did not say.
I love having one platform to manage all aspects of payroll, HR, and benefits.

I have used Dayforce for almost 6 years at two companies that could not have been more different. My experience with Dayforce at both has been great. From a large company in healthcare to a small hospitality company- Dayforce meets all our needs. I love being able to have everything in one system. Onboarding, timekeeping, managing TAFW, employee engagement, HR policies and signoffs, it really just does it all.
