Overall Satisfaction with Ceridian Dayforce

We use Ceridian Dayforce for all of our HRIS and Payroll needs as well as timekeeping and scheduling. Using one central software is key to our success. There is no double data entry, or feeding data back and forth to try to keep all systems current. Payroll changes can be done real time and we can update employees quickly within the database.

  • We were able to digitize more processes with in the system
State and local tax withholding has been a hot topic since the beginning of 2020 when everyone became a remote worker. Some teams never came back, while other (because we are retail) came back full force. All of those scenarios are easier to handle within Dayforce than any other system I have worked with
One single record makes it easier to look at the 'total employee' and make decisions timely.

Ceridian Dayforce is well suited to businesses with complex pay scenarios. The Payroll system is intuitive and can handle most issues without much oversite from the user. We also like the embedded audit reports within the payroll module and found ways to share those with the Benefits staff so they could use the reports and still maintain the integrity of the data.
