Overall Satisfaction with Ceridian Dayforce

Dayforce is our HRIS. We use Dayforce and Ceridian also to process our payroll.

Pros

Cons

  • Their Account Receivable department is pretty stretch thin
  • Tax support
  • Professional Services are hit-and-miss
  • It's hard to credit Dayforce with increase productivity but doesn't seem to get in the way
  • Dayforce is available
  • Dayforce is easily accessed by SSO
Having a single employee record and an integrated solution has been on of the best things about the Dayforce platform. Especially with the timesheet program. Previously we had a lot of trouble interfacing the HR system with our timesheet tracking. Similarly we use Dayforce for performance and compensation and having a single source of truth helps a lot.

We like Dayforce. It's our core HR system that we use many modules in. Dayforce is our payroll provider and handles all of our year end reporting and ACA forms and W2s. In fact, we are a managed services client and we ask Ceridian to handle committing our payroll and benefits module.
