Overall Satisfaction with Ceridian Dayforce
Dayforce is our HRIS. We use Dayforce and Ceridian also to process our payroll.

We, thankfully, don't have a lot of Union compliance and in depth requirements for our business process. Dayforce does support our payroll compliance for ACA reporting and year end tax reporting and other new hire reporting and EEO reporting. We also store our vacation and sick policies in Dayforce to be compliant with overtime policies as well.
The single employee record is fantastic. Dayforce is fast and when we make a change to an employee the data is quickly available and there is very little time taken to refresh the reports and output. We use Dayforce to daily to support management decisions around compensation and the status of the employees, eg. active, on leave, etc.
Having a single employee record and an integrated solution has been on of the best things about the Dayforce platform. Especially with the timesheet program. Previously we had a lot of trouble interfacing the HR system with our timesheet tracking. Similarly we use Dayforce for performance and compensation and having a single source of truth helps a lot.
