Overall Satisfaction with Chargebee
Chargebee is a good tool to use for integrating Salesforce and other sales software in small to medium-sized businesses. It's fairly easy to use and learn for beginners in our organization. We primarily use Chargebee for transaction-based and point of sale processes. CRM integration has good support as well too.

- Technical support can be difficult at times, customer support
- Subscription plans can be upgraded for more options
- Communication with support again needs a lot of work
- Very clean and nice looking interface is appealing

- Time management/saving using the necessary features it offers
- Being able to work with other softwares provides a decent return
- Flexibility of tools allows for easy access

We looked at Stripe for a while, just based off of previous knowledge and awareness of the system. Chargebee's design and interface stood out against other SaaS platforms and the integration you have while using it is a must have. Maximizing revenue was a focal point and the return was good.
