Overall Satisfaction with Checkout.com

We use Checkout.com for card processing. It has been the best processor so far as it covers our global clients. We have in the past found it difficult to get good coverage within the latam region for instance, but with Checkout.com it has resolved most of our issues and now covered. Having the backoffice with good stats has also increased our approval rates as we download our transactions from there as well as check the declines reasons with great details.

You have an experienced team who has a deep knowledge of your product, this has helped us to gain both good and new information when we have had to scope a project. Checkout.com (CKO) has also made it easy for us when presenting their local solutions explaining the areas in depth on how it can benefit us as business. For instance, Checkout.com (CKO) presented us with a payout solution which has local banks within latam making the refunds/pay-out becoming instant.
Our current customer success manager, [...], has been excellent at providing us with great support as well as advice. He has taken part in meetings with our in house dev team and assisted with solutions that could help improve our business. Our success manager, has also advised on other regulatory areas, helping us to understand other aspects to our projects.
With other card provider, we have not been able to gain the same level support. With other provider, we have not been advised much about anything relating to our questions to them involving a project for instance. With other provider, the backoffice has not been as smooth and easy as Checkout.com. Checkout.com (CKO) is way more advanced and the level is not even comparable. CKO has resolved all these background issues we thought was "good service" until proven wrong. Overall CKO has a product that will directly increase a business' growth. That's a fact.

For brokers, it covers globally.

There are plenty of in house solutions that Checkout.com offers such as payout solutions, intelligence for fraud etc.

For fraud, Checkout.com offer to help with preventing fraud and can detect clients with suspicious activities which is a great tool especially for brokers who deals with client money. Checkout.com is great at listening to your needs, and adapt or tailor a solution which is right for you. We have had a few cases in which this has been the way.
