Overall Satisfaction with Chime Online Banking
I had $850 stolen from my account by someone pretending to be Amazon. I gave Chime the phone number I called which was in the web as Amazon but wasn't. I fully explained what happened. Chime "investigated" for 1 day and denied my claim.

- Nothing is good when funds aren't secure
- This left the worst experience with a financial institution I've ever had.
There is nothing good to say. Some people get paid faster. Sone don't. But the most important thing is that if your money isn't secure, who cares when it arrives. Anyone can go in and steal your money and you won't get it back. They don't care about their customers.

Yes - I'm not going to list what other banks I used, but I'm going back to them after this horrid experience.

At the time I thought I would get paid quicker. I didn't. But in the end that didn't matter. What mattered was that my funds were stolen and Chime refused my claim. Funds aren't secure at Chime. DO NOT USE CHIME IF YOU CARE ABOUT THE SAFETY OF YOUR FUNDS!!!
I would stay with them if they did the right thing and gave me my $850 that was stolen back.
