Overall Satisfaction with is used by the Sales team (AEs, SDRs, SCs) to record all customer facing and internal calls. We use it for call coaching (either by managers or peers), to refer back to customer calls as a reference, and to automatically track keywords (e.g. competitor names).
  • Allows a call reviewer to review a call much more efficiently than a standard recording.
  • Automatically records calls without anyone having to remember to 'hit record'.
  • Transcribes all calls to allow users to search for words / phrases versus listening to the recording.
  • Transcription could be better (but it's still good enough).
  • Improved ramp time for new hires, and reduces effort of existing team on supporting new hires.
  • Improves data quality in SFDC with the integration.
We use playlists and coaching features heavily. We mostly rely on the recording functionality in general.
Couldn't imagine living without a solution like It makes it so easy to go back to calls for anything you might have missed on the live call. It also easily facilitates call coaching.
