Overall Satisfaction with Cisco Duo
Increasing security with two factor authentication and removing the use of private authenticators (Google Authenticator) from users for websites or applications where authentication with 2 factors is enforced. In combination and with integration into our password Management Tool we were able to reduce the need of assistance from IT staff in this process.

This happened in the beginning of COVID-19 pandemic and everything needed to run very fast. There were more technical limitations than organizational limitations.
Cisco has devices and software which are easy to use for all users within the organization. Rolling out the Webex client, including video for every user, gave them the feeling to stay connected with each other.
We started to schedule meetings including the check if a presence meeting is needed or if we could handle it faster via video or a hybrid meeting. People are better available for a meeting where there attendance is required.
Cisco is one of our trusted solution vendors and Cisco Duo can be good integrated to our security landscape.
