Overall Satisfaction with Cisco Headsets
We use them to take phone calls and do meetings. I use it to block out the sound of everyone else in the office. It's turning on the noise canceling and yeah, they're great.
- Cancel the noise side of things. You can't hear anything in the background. I quite often talk really loud because I can't hear myself talking and it's comfortable. They are really comfortable. We've got the wireless ones and they just sit so comfortably on your head. Amazing.
- Nothing. They're new. They've recently come out and they're amazing. I can't think of anything.
- I dunno, it's a headset. I need a headset. We got a headset and it's amazing.
I call myself computer illiterate, so I have a lot of problems in setting up new things. I found it a little bit difficult because it's wireless and it was connecting to my computer, but my computer wasn't using Bluetooth for my voice and it was a little bit tricky, but that's just me. I think everyone was fine in trying to set theirs.
Meetings. Then I have to say, pardon? Sorry, I can't hear you. Can you repeat that? The audio quality is really good.
I did not know you could change settings on that.
