Overall Satisfaction with Cisco Room Series

I did not know we were equipped with the Cisco Room Series until we needed a very professional and smooth connection with our stakeholders in a meeting where stakes are very high. After that, I have started to use it frequently when we value the connection stability as well as the content. Sometimes only computer based solutions such as video conferencing tools might not be enough, so we might need hardware support where Cisco Room Series comes into place.

I took this tool as given; that's why I am not sure if there are any alternatives considered or not.
Although it sometimes glitches and locks the meetings, the features, the audio and video quality we got from this tool is unmatched, that's why I am rating it 8 out of 10. I think with more software updates, the glitches might be less and less and we have a smooth tool to connect and communicate.
